摘 要:本文首先在吸收和借鉴国内外在腐蚀管道评估方面所取得的研究成果的基础上,为了克服现存各种评估方法的局限性,得到更符合工程需要的评估结果,文中重点用有限元方法对腐蚀管道的剩余强度进行了分析评估,分析采用了线弹性有限元模型,考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性。通过把有限元分析的结果和现存的准则及试验结果进行比较,有限元法与其他方法相比具有明显的优势,它可以尽可能的不简化或少简化模型,能较准确的模拟管道实际受力状态。表明用有限元分析得到的结果具有很高的准确度,并证明了现存评估方法的保守性。分析得到的结果可为工程实际提供参考。As the basis of study,various assessment method in engineering of corroded pipeline was summarized.To overcome the limitation and disadvantage of existed assessment method,the Finite Element Analysis was performed on corroded pipeline to obtain more accurate solution in which the elastic model considered the nonlinear of Geometry and the nonlinear of material was used.The comparison between result of Finite Element Analysis and that of existed criteria shows that the residual strength of corroded pipeline predicted by the FEM is greater than that predicted by existed criteria and has a good accuracy.At the same time, the analysis also verified the conservation of existed criteria.The result can provide reference on engineering practice.
