摘  要:对中国南部3省6个红树群落中木榄叶片的总黄酮含量和影响总黄酮含量变化的环境因子进行了分析。结果显示:不同红树群落中木榄叶片总黄酮含量(y)与环境中的年均气温(鄹呈现明显的负相关(y=350.191-13.435X,r=-0.903,P=0.014),而与盐度、相对湿度、采样温度、年降雨量、年日照时间以及土壤pH等环境因子无显著的相关性。对海南东寨港和文昌2个红树群落中木榄叶片总黄酮含量的季节性变化规律分析结果表明这两个红树群落中的木榄叶片总黄酮含量在12月份左右最高,3-9月份相对偏低,这种变化可能与低温有利于黄酮生物合成有关。上述研究结果表明环境中的年均气温是影响木榄叶片中黄酮类化合物生物合成的主要因素,低温有利于加强黄酮类化合物的生物合成途径。The content of total flavonoids in the leaves of Bruguiera gymnorhiza from 6 mangrove populations along the coastal line of south China were calculated, and the effects of environmental factors on the content of flavonoids were statistically analyzed. Results showed that the content of total flavonoids in the leaves of B. gymnorhiza had a negative correlation with annual temperature (Y=350.191-13.435X, r=-0.903, P=0.014) apparently, while it had no correlation with other environmental factors, such as salt concentration, relative humidity, sampling temperature, annual rainfall, annual lighting time, as well as soil pH value. Further studies were carried out to uncover the rule of seasonal variation of total flavonoids in the mangrove populations of Dongzhai Harbour and Wenchang in Hainan province. It was found that the content of total flavonoids reached its top in December, and then declined from March to September. All these data confirmed that temperature was the principal component of environmental factors affecting the production of flavonoids in the leaves of B. gymnorhiza, and the biosynthesis pathway of flavonoid may be strengthened by lower temperature.
