摘 要:目的探讨KLOTHO基因启动子G-395A多态性与中国苏皖地区汉族人群急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)和基因芯片(gene microarray)技术对326例ACS(ACS组)[分为亚组急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMD组和不稳定性心绞痛(unstable angina pectoris,UAP)组]和219例经相关检查排除冠心病(CAD)的对照组进行KIDTHO基因G-395A多态性检测。结果与对照组相比,ACS组、AMI组和UAP组(包括不同年龄和不同性别的亚组)的GG、GA、从基因型和A等位基因频率均无明显差异(P均〉0.05)。结论K101HO基因G-395A多态性与ACS的发病无显著相关性。Objective To investigate the possible association between the KLOTHO gene G- 395A polymorphism in promoter and acute coronary syndrome(ACS)in the Chinese Hart population of Suwan region. Methods This study was conducted with a case- control design including ACS group which is consisted of 326 patients with ACS [acute myocardial infaretion(AMI) group and unstable angina pectoris(UAP)group] and 219 control subjects(control group)who were free from coronary artery disease by coherence checks.The KLOTHO gene G- 395A polymorphism was determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and gene microarray. Results Compaired with the control group, the prevalence of G - 395A polymorphism and the A allele were not significantly different in ACS、AMI、UAP groups and the subjects subgrouped according to sex and age( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Our findings suggest that the G - 395A polymorphism in KLOTHO gene may be not the risk for ACS in the Chinese Han population of Suwan region.
