摘 要:本文对调色剂酞嗪(PHZ)在苯并三氮唑银(AgBTA)光敏热显影体系中的作用进行了研究,结果表明:PHZ加入AgBTA体系中可以起到促进显影的作用,并且该作用随着其用量的增加而增大;AgBTA体系中协同使用PHZ与邻苯二甲酸(H2PA)的显影促进作用要好于单独使用PHZ的作用;在使用PHZ/H2PA的AgBTA体系中,PHZ的促进作用与AgBTA乳液体系的pH值相关,在较低pH时,几乎没有促进作用,在较高pH值时,PHZ的促进作用较明显;电镜分析表明,PHZ与AgBTA生成银复合物而发挥显影促进作用.The effects of phthalazine (PHZ) on photothermographic materials based on silver benzotriazole have been studied. The results indicated that the development of silver benzotriazole materials was promoted by the introduction of PHZ, and the promotion was strengthened by increasing the amounts of PHZ. The promotion of PHZ was also strengthened by the cooperation with H2PA. The function of PHZ was influenced by the pH of the silver benzotriazole emulsion constructed from phthalazine/phthalic acid (PHZ/H2PA) toner system, a higher pH would be favourable for promoting the development. The scanning electronic microscope photographs implied that a silver complex, which was supposed to be easy to transmit silver ions to development center, might have been produced by introducing PHZ into the silver benzotriazole materials.
