摘  要:内啮合转子压缩机工作腔容积和转角变化的关系是进行压缩机热力计算的基础,目前还缺乏相应的计算公式。采用线积分的方法来计算工作腔基元面积的方法可很方便地推广到型线更复杂的内啮合转子机构中去。同时,提出了容积转角的概念,通过该转角可使计算得到的容积-转角变化关系符合传统压缩机的使用习惯。分别以内外转子为主动机构,推导了扫气容积和余隙容积的计算方法。The relationship between the volume of working chambers and rotating angles is the basis to do the thermodynamic calculation for the internal--meshing rotary compressor. However, it is rather difficult to obtain the corresponding calculating equations and methods in present. The linear integration was employed to calculate the elementary area of the working chamber,and this method can be adopted by more complex profiles of rotors. As well, a concept named volume angle was proposed and via this angle,the relationship between the chamber volume and rotating angle could be coincided with the traditional design habit of the reciprocating compressor. The calculating method of the swept volume and dead volume is also derived when the inner and outer rotor are the driving rotor respectively.
