摘　　要：基于对冲压成形加工中拉深工序变形区材料的应力、应变特点的分析,针对现有拉深力理论计算公式中忽略了材料厚度变化及加工硬化两个因素的影响的问题,利用金属塑性成形理论中的主应力法,考虑这两个影响因素,建立和提出了描述拉深力理论计算的一个新的数学模型,并用铝板材料的拉深试验进行了验证。Based on the analysis of the stress and strain characteristics of drawing deformation zone in pressing forming, aiming at considering the influence of material thickness variety and material work hardening,which was omitted in the existing theoretical calculation of drawing deformation pressure,a new descriptive model for drawing deformation pressure was set up by considering the two influence factors and utilizing slab method of metal plastic forming theory. And then the descriptive model was validated by the drawing experiments for aluminum plates.
