摘  要:在NaOH-Na2SiO3溶液中采用先恒流后恒压的微弧氧化工艺,可在2090Al-Li合金表面制备陶瓷化膜层。研究了微弧氧化反应时间和微弧氧化电源脉冲频率对陶瓷膜层生长过程和膜层形貌的影响。研究结果表明:氧化膜层的厚度随着反应时间的延长而增加,在更高频率电脉冲作用下(>600Hz),膜层的生长速率更快,但是膜层表面烧蚀坑大,表面粗糙,陶瓷膜与基体结合良好。膜层由内部致密层和外部疏松层组成。对膜层的元素分析结果表明:外层由Si、Al、O构成,而内层Si含量减少。A ceramic coating was prepared by micro-arc oxidation with a control mode of constant-current-earlier-constantvoltage-later on 2090 Al-Li alloy in NaOH-Na2 SiO3 solution. The effects of micro arc oxidation time and power pulse frequency on the growth process and morphology of micro arc oxidation coating were investigated. The results show that the thickness of the coating increases with reaction time; the growth rate will be higher at higher pulse frequency. The coating grows more rapidly under higher frequency(〉600 Hz), but resulting in bigger burnt pits and rough surface. The ceramic coating is bounded well to A.I matrix. It is composed of inner compact layer and outer loose layer. The element analysis indicates that the outer layer is made of Si,Al and O,while the inner layer contains less Si.
