摘 要:多相同步电动机的电压矢量、电流矢量及其相关参数众多,使得多相同步电动机的调速控制比普通三相电机的控制复杂得多。本文对自主研制的基于IGCT(集成门极换相晶闸管)的1MW、十二相三电平同步电动机调速系统进行了试验研究,分析了调速系统采用电流滞环控制方式下产生的电压和电流波形;并采用二维有限元法计算了电机运行时的电磁场,研究了多相电机电枢反应对电机磁场、相反电动势的影响。试验验证了理论分析的正确。The multi-phase synchronous motors (MSM) have much more voltage vectors, current vectors and other electrical parameters than the traditional three-phase motors, which make the variable speed control system more complicated than the latter's. In this paper, a variable speed system of 1000 kW, twelve-phase SM driven by three-level IGCT (integrated gate-commutated thyristor) converter is designed and tested. The voltage and current waveforms obtained by current hysteresis loop control in the presented variable speed system are analyzed. At the same time two-dimension finite element method is adopted to calculate the electromagnetism field of MSM, and the influence of MSM armature reaction on the electromagnetism field and phase back electromotive force are evaluated. The theoretical results are validated by experiments.
