楮实子油对亚急性衰老模型小鼠脑组织抗氧化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察楮实子油对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠脑组织的影响。方法:采用D-半乳糖颈背部皮下注射复制小鼠亚急性衰老模型,给药组给予不同的剂量,实验结束检测相关指标。结果:楮实子油能明显提高衰老模型小鼠的SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.01);降低衰老模型小鼠NO、MDA值(P<0.01)。结论:楮实子油有抗氧化、延缓衰老的作用。Objective： To observe the anti - oxidation effect of oil of Papermulberry fruits on the brain of sub - acute aging mice caused by D - galaetose. Methods： This research adopted D - galaetose to establish the sub - acute aging model. At the end of experiment, the correlated indicators were measured. Results： The high and medium doses of oil of Papermulberry fruits could greatly increase the content of SOD, GSH - Px, and decrease NO and MDA （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Oil of Papermulberry has an.anti - oxidation effect that helps delay the aging process.
