“四四二合方”治疗原发性痛风性肾病(湿热痰浊瘀血内阻型)36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察"四四二合方"治疗原发性痛风性肾病(湿热痰浊瘀血内阻型)的临床疗效。方法:68例原发性痛风性肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组除一般治疗外,治疗组予四四二合方,对照组予别嘌呤醇口服,治疗12周后,观察患者的症状、体征以及血尿酸(BUA)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24h尿蛋白,血红蛋白含量(HB)的变化。结果:治疗组、对照组的总有效率分别为86.1%、75.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后BUA、BUN、Scr、24h尿蛋白均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),HB有所上升(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组比较,部分指标也有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:四四二合方治疗原发性痛风性肾病具有较好的疗效。Objective： To investigate the effect of Sisi＇ erhe formula on gouty nephropathy. Methods： A total of 68 patients with gouty nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups, with 36 patients in the treatment group treated with Sisi＇ erhe formula, and 32 patients in the control group treated with allopurinol BUA, BUN, Scr, 24 hurineprote and HB of patients in the two groups were measured before and after the treatment. Results ： In treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 86.1% and 75.0 % respectively. There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The contents of BUA, BUN, Scr, and 24 hnrineprote were definitely lower, and HB higher after the treatment （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01） . Meanwhile, there were some differences in some indexes between the groups （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） . Some symptoms were improved in the treatment group. Conclusion： Sisi＇ erhe formula has good curative effect in treating gouty nephropathy.
