摘　　要：峨嵋武术是中华民族优秀文化的重要组成部分。经过历史的洗礼,不断完善发展至今,在社会生活中的作用起着越来越明显。峨嵋武术的发展要与社会的进步紧密结合,武术产业化是在市场经济体制下的大势所趋,也是必由之路。本文通过横向比较少林武术产业化历程,借鉴吸收少林武术产业化发展的有利经验,站在少林武术发展的角度,通过采用文献资料、走访调研、类比分析、逻辑推理等研究方法,对峨嵋武术产业化的必然性进行分析,结合峨嵋武术自身实际,对峨嵋武术产业化提出相应对策。Emei Wushu is the important part of Chinese culture .After the baptism of history, it continually improves . So far, it the life of society it is playing an increasingly visible role. The development of Emei Wushu is combined with social progress .Wushu becoming industry is not only the general trend in the market economic system but also the only way to improve. By horizontally comparing the process of Shaolin Wushu becoming industry, absorbing the favorable experience that＇s from Shaolin wushu becoming industry, paying attention to the development of Shaolin Wushu, The article analyzes the necessity of Emei wushu becoming industry by the literature, visiting and researching, analysis from analogy, logic and reasoning etc. One more, the article gives the suitable countermeasures to Emei Wushu becoming industryis according to the reality of Emei Wushu own.
