摘　　要：由海底沉积物的纵波速、横波速及湿密度,根据岩土力学原理,整理出一组计算海底沉积物弹性参数的公式;以该公式计算了南海南部海域浅层沉积物的弹性参数,计算结果与已有文献资料数据做了比较,分析了两者误差的原因。According to the vertical wave velocity, shear wave velocity and wet density of marine sediments, a set of elastic parameters calculation formulas for marine sediments are introduced based on the theory of soil and rock mechanics. Elastic parameters of seafloor sediments in southern South China Sea are calculated using these formulas, and the calculated results are compared with references data, then the errors between two different methods are analyzed.
