摘　　要：采用ETX-PM嵌入式硬件平台,结合Windows XP Embedded操作系统,构建了雷达显控终端系统。该系统根据具体雷达操控应用定制,降低了系统对硬件的依赖性,增加了系统的灵活性;采用EWF保护机制,提高了系统的可靠性和安全性。A radar monitoring ＆ control terminal system is designed by incorporating of ETX-PM embedded hardware platform and Windows XP Embedded（XPE） operation system. The system is customized based on practical operation and control of radar; hereby dependence of the system on hardware is reduced, and flexibility of the system is increased; meanwhile reliability and safety of the system both got improved by way of EWF protection system.
