摘　　要：根据植酸酶发酵工艺的要求,开发了由组态软件和可编程控制器构成的监控系统,并阐述了系统的软硬件构成和主要功能。实践证明,系统满足工艺要求,运行安全可靠,并大大减少了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。According to the fermentation process of phytase, this paper develops a monitoring system composed of configuration software and PLC and expounds the software constituency and main function of the system, which has been proven safe and reliable and can meet technological requirements, reduce labor intensity and increase productivity.
