摘　　要：近年游客管理研究受到国内学者的广泛关注,通过对众多游客管理研究文献的搜集整理和分析,发现游客管理的研究主要集中在游客活动影响、游客管理的模式研究以及游客管理的技术和措施方面,据此总结出国内游客管理研究的一些不足,并展望未来的研究方向。For recent years, visitor management is paid more attention by domestic researchers. To im- prove and add energy to visitor management theory, this article collects and analyses mass of findings of researches in such field, concluding that impacts of visitor activities, frameworks of visitor management and the tools of management planning management and development for have been more focused. In this paper, the research deficiency of visitor further research are also considered.
