摘　　要：俄罗斯的国家安全战略和对外政策受其战略文化的指引,它同中国的安全关系受其民族文化和外交哲学的影响。俄罗斯在其社会发展和国家战略的选择上,常常受到大西洋主义、欧亚主义和斯拉夫主义等思潮的影响,这些思潮成为指导俄罗斯对外战略选择的重要哲学理念。冷战结束后,经过一段时间的摇摆和波动之后,相对折中的欧亚主义在俄罗斯政府的对外战略指导思想中占据优势地位,俄政府开始把中国作为一个对俄罗斯安全具有重大影响的国家对待,强调同中国的安全合作,这对俄中双方带来了共同的安全利益。Russia＇ s national security strategy and its foreign policy are directed by its strategic euhure, and its security relations with China are under the guidance of national culture and the philosophy of diplomacy. Russia＇ s choosing for the way of social development and its national strategy is usually dominated by the political ideas, such as Atlanticism, Euro - Asianism and Slavicism, which are the substantial philosophic ideas that instruct Russia＇ s foreign strategy. After the Cold War, the philosophy of Euro-Asianism gradually takes the central position in the principles for foreign strategy of Russian government. Russian government began to look China as a major country that has significant impact on Russia＇ s security in the later years of 1990s, emphasize corporation with China for its security. Thus, common security interests are formed between Russia and China. However, judging from traditional realism, a small number of persons in Russia are still doubtful for China＇ s rising and claims to protect from China. This attitude to China will probably harm deep development of trust each other in security affairs between China and Russia.
