冠突尾往虫(Urostyla cristata)实验再生的研究——皮层纤毛小器官的观察

摘　　要：对冠突尾柱虫进行显微手术,得到合融合大核的后断片,进而观察它们的表膜小器官的形态发生。其整个形态发生过程基本上是尾柱虫形态发生的延续。值得指出的是尽管大核DNA含量发生了明显的变化,但这种有高度组织化的,有顺序的形态发生没有改变,依然按照它们正常模式发育,不受大核DNA含量变化影响。实验结果说明了细胞表面模式是不易受到细胞内部或外部因素的影响。The posterior fragment with the fused macronucleus is acquired by themicro-surgery. The morphogenesis of buccal structrue and cirri of the posteriorfragment is examined with Chatton-Lowoff silver impregnation modified by ourlaboratory. Fundamentally, the whole developmental prossess is still the continuationof Urostyla morphogenesis. Though obvious change of the macronuclear composition has taken place (DNA eontent almost doubled), its highly organized andproperly seqeneed pellicular structural morphogenesis is not obviously changed,but still developed according to its normal pattern and not subjected to theinfluence of total DNA of the macronuclei. Resulls show that the surface patternof cell is not easily subjected to the internal or external influence of cell.
