摘 要:通过对星湖底泥柱状样的采集与分析,研究了星湖底泥中磷的赋存形态、垂向变化规律及生物可利用磷的特征。结果表明,TP随深度增加而降低,含量0.25 mg·g^-1~1 mg·g^-1,生物可利用性磷的含量为0.1mg·g^-1~0.45 mg·g^-1,占TP比例较高;间隙水中磷酸盐含量明显高于湖水,相对于湖水呈可释放状态。若外界氧化还原条件发生变化,底泥磷的释放可成为影响星湖富营养化的主要因素之一。Four sediment cores were taken from four sub - lakes of Lake Xinghu ( Xiannv - hu, Bohai - hu, Zhongxin - hu, and Qinglian - hu) in Apr. 2005 to study profiles distribution and chemical forms of phosphorus, and their bio - availability contribution to lake water. The results showed that P in sediments decreased rapidly with depth and the higher values at lower depths indicated that eutrophication of Lake Xinghu used to be more serious. TP contents in sediments ranged from 0. 25 mg· g^-1 to 1 mg· g^-1 . BAP contents in sediments ranged from 0.1 mg· g^-1 to 0.45 mg· g^-1 and indicated the great potential nutrients release capacity of the sediments. The concentrations of SRP in pore water were much higher than it in lake water.
