金雀根及其混淆品的薄层色谱鉴别

摘　　要：目的建立中药金雀根药材的定性质量标准,并用于混淆品的鉴别。方法制备金雀根及其混淆品白鲜皮的提取物,选择这二种药材含有的主要化学成分为对照,进行薄层色谱的比较。结果摸索并确定3个展开剂系统和2种显色方法,获得了清晰的薄层色谱斑点。结论薄层色谱法能有效鉴别金雀根及其混淆品,方法简便、实用。Objective To establish the quality standard of Caragana sinica. Methods Preparing extiaets of Caragana sinica and Dictamnus dasycarpus and comparing the difference of main components by TLC. Results TLC spots developed were fairly clear. There were greater difference on the main components of two medicinal materials. Conclusion The method was easy to operate with accurate result, high sensitivity and good reproducibility for the identification of Caragana sinica.
