摘  要:目的建立同步测定银黄颗粒中绿原酸和黄芩苷的HPLC方法。方法色谱柱为HYPERSIL C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱。流速为0.8mL·min^-1,检测波长为324nm,柱温25%。结果绿原酸的线性范围为0.23-1.14μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.12%,RSD为0.84%;黄芩苷的线性范围为0.33-1.64μg·L^-1(r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.4%,RSD为1.47%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可为银黄制剂的质量控制提供实验依据。Objective To develop an method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang granules. Methods The chromatographic analysis were carried out on a HYPERSIL Clscohmn (4.6mm×150mm,5μm) with methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase and 0.8 mL·min^-1 flow rate in gradient mode. Results The linear ranges of chlomgenic acid and baicalin were from 0.23μg to 1.14μg ( r = 0.9999) and from 0.33μg to 1.64μg ( r = 0.9999) , the mean recoveries of chlomgenic acid and baicalin were 100. 12% with RSD of 0.84% and 102.4% with RSD of 1.47% respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and accurate. It can be used to control for the quality of Yinhuang granules.
