摘　　要：目的建立屏风生脉胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。方法应用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法，测定屏风生脉胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果黄芪甲苷在3.97-19.85μg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9998，平均回收率为99.10％，RSD=1.90％。结论本文所建立的方法快速正确，重现性好，专属性强，可用于屏风生脉胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Pingfengshengmai capsules. Methods HPLC-ELSD method was developed for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Pingfengshengmai capsules . Results Astragaloside Ⅳ showed a good linear relationship at a range of 3.97-19.85μg·L^-1（ r =0.9998）. The average recovery was 99.10% with RSD of 1.90%. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate , reproducible and accurate with a strong specificify , it provided a method for the quality control of Ping- fengshengmai capsules.
