摘　　要：本文采用有限元分析方法对ZH195型柴油机机体进行了预紧工况和爆发工况的有限元静力分析,得出了机体相应工况下的位移、应力、应变云图,找到了机体结构的强度薄弱环节并据此提出了相应的修改方案,为改善机体强度、改进机体的结构设计提供了理论依据。In this paper, static finite element analysis is conducted in the ZH195 diesel engine under pre-tension and explosion working conditions. Its displacement, stress and stress distribution are proposed herein. The paper finds out the unsubstantial structure in engine block and also gives the equivalent correctional concept, which provides the theoretical evidences for intensity enforcement in engine block and for improvement in its structural design.
