摘 要:提出了一种将空气弹簧作为弹性元件的剪式驾驶员座椅系统方案,采用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立了该系统的多体动力学仿真模型,模型中的空气弹簧用实际空气弹簧非线性刚度曲线转化的一元力描述。基于此模型,仿真研究了座椅悬架系统动态特性随激励频率和等效簧载质量变化的规律。研究结果表明,位移传递率η在隔振区则随m的增大而减小;当激励频率较低时,等效簧载质量m对加速度均方根值几乎没有影响;当激励频率增大到一定值后,随着等效簧载质量m的减小,响应加速度均方根值增大;响应的位移和加速度与激励相比较,响应均滞后激励约1/8个周期。A simulation model of the scissors linkage seat with air suspension was established by ADAMS. In the model, the air spring was described by unitary force converted by nonlinear stiffness curve of actual air spring. Through simulation, the influence of excitation frequency and equivalent spring mass on the dynamic characteristics of the seat with suspension was studied. Simulating results show that when the equivalent spring mass increases, the dynamic amplification factor decreases in the vibration-isolating zone. The influence of the equivalent spring mass on the acceleration root of mean square can almost be ignored at low excitation frequency. The acceleration root of mean square increases with the decrease of equivalent spring mass when the excitation frequency increases to a certain value. Compared with the excitation, the response of displacement and acceleration is later than the excitation by about 1/8 period.
