摘 要:为了开发工艺性能优良、熔点低的铝合金钎焊用钎料,用正交试验方法研究了硅、铜、镍、稀土等元素对铝-硅基钎料熔点的影响;用差热分析仪测定了25组试样的熔点;用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪分析测定了合金的组织和成分。结果表明:铜、硅、镍、稀土均能使铝-硅基钎料的熔点降低,影响的主次顺序为铜、镍、硅、稀土;Al-6.5%Si-25%Cu-2%Ni-0.3%RE合金的熔点最低,为526.43℃。In order to develop Al-Si based brazing filler metals with good technological properties and low melting point, Si, Cu, Ni and RE were added into the Al-Si based solder. Effect of the added elements on the melting point of Al-Si based solder was analyzed by orthogonal test. Melting point of 25 kinds alloys were tested by differential thermal analyzer. Microstructure and components were also analyzed by SEM and EDS. The results show that the added alloying elements all could bring down the melting point and the decrease degree from major to minor was Cu, Si, Ni and RE. Al-6. 5%Si-25%Cu2 % Ni-0. 3%RE alloy had the lowest melting point of 526. 43℃.
