摘 要:目的评价DHS定位器结合术前X线测量进行无柄髋关节置换术近期效果。方法对19例患者进行DHS定位器结合术前X线测量的无柄髋关节置换术,术后随访进行功能评价和X线评价。结果19例均获随访,时间6~21(16±4.5)个月,所有患者疼痛减轻或消失,术后视觉模拟疼痛评分平均(2.1±1.8)分。Harris评分术前平均为(55.2±14.3)分,术后平均为(72.1±18.5)分。术后6个月非手术侧颈干角为(130.4±5.6)°,手术侧颈干角为(133.1±4.9)°。无感染、髋关节脱位、下肢深静脉栓塞等不良事件及并发症。结论将DHS定位器结合术前X线测量应用于股骨头不规则的无柄髋关节置换,手术操作简便,近期效果满意。Objective To assess the clinical effect dynamic hip screw(DHS) positioner combined with preoperative X-ray measurement in stemless hip arthroplasty. Methods Stemless hip replacement was performed in 19 patients using DHS positioner combined with preoperative X-ray measurement in operation. All cases were followed up with function and X-ray measurement. Results Follow-up of average 16 months (6 - 21 months ) in 19 patients showed satisfactory outcome with pain alleviated or disappeared. Postoperative visualanalogue scale (VAS) was 2. 1 ± 1.8 on average. The average Harris hip score was (72. 1 ± 18. 5 ) postoperative compared with (55.2 ± 14. 3 ) preoperative. The collodiaphysial angle averaged ( 130. 4 ± 5.6 )° on the untreated side compared with ( 133. 1 ± 4. 9)° on the treated side. There was no adverse events or complications such as infection, dislocation of hip joint, deep vein embolism of lower limbs etc. Conclusions Stemless hip arthroplasty using DHS positioner combined with preoperative X-ray measurement is easy to operate and has a satisfactory effect.
