摘　　要：目的探讨空芯螺钉治疗距骨骨折的疗效。方法对16例距骨骨折患者应用空芯螺钉手术治疗。结果16例均获随访,时间6个月～2年6个月。骨折愈合12例,愈合时间8～42周,为:Ⅰ型3例均愈合,Ⅱ型6例愈合5例,Ⅲ型5例愈合3例,Ⅳ型2例愈合1例。无菌性坏死4例:Ⅱ型1例,Ⅲ型2例,Ⅳ型1例。按Kenwright功能标准:优7例,良5例,可3例,差1例,优良率75%。结论空芯螺钉治疗距骨骨折固定确切,易操作,是一种实用的内固定方法。Objective To study the effect of cannulated screw fixation in the treatment of talus fracture. Methods 16 patients of talus fractures were treated with cannulated screw fixation. Results 16 patients of talus fractures were followed up for 6 to 30 months. With roentgenograph,3 of 3 type Ⅰ ,5 of 6 type Ⅱ ,3 of 5 type Ⅲ and 1 of 2 type Ⅳ got union. Time of union of fracture in 12 patients was 8 to 42 weeks. Aseptic necrosis 4 cases ： 1 of type Ⅱ ,2 of type Ⅲ and 1 of type Ⅳ. According to the criteria of Kenwright responding to the function of ankle joint, excellent 7 cases, good 5 cases, fair 3 cases, poor 1 case, and the excellent and good rate was 75%. Conclusions The treatment of talus fracture with cannulated screw is precise fixation and easy manipulation, so it is a practical internal fixation.
