复方环磷腺苷乳膏治疗寻常性银屑病的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方环磷腺苷乳膏治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机配对的临床研究方法,受试者每日2次于皮损处外涂研究药物,治疗组94例外涂复方环磷腺苷乳膏,对照组91例外涂丙酸氯倍他索乳膏,疗程12周,采用统一的评定标准进行疗效评价和安全性考察。结果治疗8周、10周、12周后,治疗组的红斑、肥厚、鳞屑、皮损面积和自觉症状的积分下降优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗10周、12周后,治疗组综合疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论复复方环磷腺苷乳膏治疗寻常性银屑病安全、有效,值得临床推广使用。Objective To determine the clinical curative effect and safety of the Ointment of Cyclic Adenosine Phosphate Compound （OCAPC） on psoriasis vulgaris. Methods In the treatment group, the affected part of 94 patients were rubbed on OCAPC twice a day; in the comparison group, the affected part of 91 patients was rubbed on compound clobetasol propionate ointment twice a day. A treatment period was 12 weeks. The curative effect was determined by the standard of PASI. Results After 8, 10, 12weeks, the scores of erythema, fleshy, squame, the infected area and self-aware symptom were higher than those of the comparing group. Two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） .After 10, 12 weeks, two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. The rate of adverse reactions of treating group was lower than comparing group. The two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion OCAPC is effective and safety on the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
