摘 要:采用曝皿法收集某养鸡场鸡舍内空气真菌,并与舍内四种基质(土壤、粪便、饲料、灰尘)样本进行实验室分离、纯化、鉴定和计数。23份样品中共获得2229分离株。空气中真菌浓度是1.12×104cfu/m3,其中优势真菌属为青霉属(Penicillium)、酵母菌属(Saccharomyces)和木霉属(Trichoderma);基质中总真菌浓度是1.49×106cfu/g,其中土壤中优势菌为酵母菌(Saccharomyces),灰尘中优势菌为镰孢菌(Fusarium)和酵母菌(Saccharomyces),粪便中优势菌为镰孢菌属(Fusarium)和木霉属(Trichoderma),饲料中优势菌为镰孢菌(Fusarium)、青霉属(Penicillium)和木霉属(Trichoderma)。通过SPSS13.0软件分析不同样本中真菌浓度的相关性。结果表明,空气与土壤、灰尘与粪便、灰尘与饲料、粪便与饲料真菌的相关性极大(sig<0.01),相关系数分别为0.838、0.944、0.923和0.933。对变量进行线性回归分析,得到空气与基质的相关方程y=242.40+0.017x1。Fungi of air samples in chicken house collected by exposure petri dishes and four matrix(soil,feces,feed, dust) were separated, purificated, identificated and counted in lab. 2 229 isolates were obtained from 23 samples. The concentration of airborne fungi was 1.12×10^4 cfu/m^3. The most predominant fungal genera were Penicillium,Saccharomyces and Trichoderma. The total concentration of matrix was 1.49×10^6 cfu/g. The predominant fungi was Saccharomyces in soil, and Fusarium and Saccharomyces in the dust,Fusarium and Trichoderma in the feces,Fusarium,Penicillium and Trichoderma in feed. Fungal concentration relevance of different samples was analyzed by SPSSI3.0 software. The results showed the great relevance between air and soil,dust and feces,dust and feed,feces and feed (sig 〈0.01)in sampling chicken house (their correlation coefficient 0.838,0.944,0.923 and 0.933 respectively). The relevance equation between air and matrix was y=242.40+0.017x1 by analyzing linear regression for variable.
