摘 要:新疆沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus nanus(M.Pop.)Cheng f.)是中国温带荒漠仅有的2种常绿阔叶灌木之一。主要对新疆沙冬青叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸的季节变化与主要环境因子的关系进行了研究。通过相关分析和回归分析,结果显示:(1)可溶性糖与气温呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),曲线拟合为三次曲线(R^2=0.958 2,p<0.01),在-3.8~23.8℃之间,可溶性糖对新疆沙冬青的低温适应性起渗透调节作用;(2)可溶性糖与光照呈极显著的负相关(P<0.01),曲线拟合为三次曲线(R^2=0.877 6,p<0.01),在90.2~322.5μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)之间,随光照强度的降低而不断积累;(3)可溶性糖与空气相对湿度呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),曲线拟合为二次曲线(R^2=0.650 5,p<0.05),随空气相对湿度的升高而不断积累;(4)可溶性蛋白与空气相对湿度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),曲线拟合为三次曲线(R^2=0.677 7,p<0.05),在18.7~51.7%之间,随空气相对湿度的升高而不断积累;(5)游离脯氨酸与空气相对湿度呈显著正相关(P<0.05),曲线拟合为双曲线(R^2=0.565,p<0.01),随空气相对湿度的升高而不断积累。以上结果表明,新疆沙冬青叶片内的渗透性调节物质可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸含量的变化受环境因子的影响呈波动性。Ammopiptanthus nanus is one of only two evergreen broad-leaved shrubs in the temperate wilderness in China. The relation between seasonal regular variations of soluble sugar, soluble protein and free proline in leaves of Ammopiptanthus nanus and main environmental factors was researched. By correlation analysis and regression analysis, the results show that: ( 1 ) the soluble sugar is negatively significantly correlated with air temperature (P 〈 0. 01 ), and the curve is fitted with cubic equation ( R^2 = 0. 958 2 ,p 〈 0. 01 ) . In the range of - 3.8 - 23.8 ℃, soluble sugar plays a role in Ammopiptanthus nanus' osmotic adjustment under low temperature; (2) soluble sugar is negatively significantly correlated with sunshine ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the curve is fitted with cubic equation ( R^2 = 0. 877 6 ,p 〈 0. 01 ) . In the range of 90.2 - 322,5 μmol·m^-2·s^-1, soluble sugar is continuously accumulated with sunshine intensity getting down ; ( 3 ) soluble sugar is positively significantly correlated with air relative humidity (P 〈 0. 01 ) , and the curve is fitted with quadratic (R^2 = 0. 650 5 ,p 〈 0.05 ) , soluble sugar is continuously accumulated with air relative humidity raising; (4) soluble protein is positively significantly correlated with air relative humidity (P 〈 0. 05 ) , and the curve is fitted with cubic equation (R^2 = 0. 677 7 ,p 〈 0. 05 ) . Within the scope of 18.7% -51.7%, soluble protein increases while air temperature raises; (5) free proline is positively significantly correlated with air relative humidity (P 〈 0. 05 ) , and the curve is fitted with hyperbola (R^2 = 0. 565 ,p 〈 0. 01 ) , free praline increases while air relative humidity raises. The above results show that seasonal variations in osmolytes of Ammopiptanthus nanus present fluctuation as a result of influence of environmental factors.
