变温毯在新生儿术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察变温毯对新生儿术中体温和麻醉恢复期的影响。方法选择全麻行开腹手术的患者100例,随机分为2组,每组50例,对照组按常规进行手术,观察组术中使用变温毯保温。观察2组术中肛温、心率、血氧饱和度(Sp(O2))和麻醉恢复期寒战的发生情况。结果对照组术中体温下降的速度和幅度显著大于观察组(P<0.05),麻醉恢复期寒战、心率增快、低氧血症发生率高于观察组(P均<0.05)。结论新生儿术中应用变温毯保暖效果明显,能有效预防术中体温下降,减少低体温并发症的发生。Objective It is to observe the influence of temperature-adjusting blankets on body temperature and anesthesia recovery period during newborn operation. Methods 100 cases of general anesthesia abdomen sectiones were randomly divided into two groups and in each group there were 50 cases. Control group was operated secundum artem. Observation group was applied temperature-adjusting blankets to keep holding during operation. Rectal temperature, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and the occurrence information of rigors in anesthesia recovery period in the two groups were observed. Results The speed and extent of body temperature descent during operation in control group were significantly bigger than that in observation group （P〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of rigors in anesthesia recovery period, heart rate quickening and hyoxemia in control group were higher than that in observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of keeping body warm of temperature-adjusting blankets applied during newborn operation is obvious. Temperature-adjusting blankets can effectively prevent body temperature descent during operation and can decrease hypothermia complication.
