摘 要:采用脉冲电絮凝技术处理阳离子染料废水,出水添加混凝剂,比较了不同混凝沉淀的效果,同时考察了出水加入Fenton试剂的去除效果。实验结果表明,脉冲电絮凝反应的最佳实验条件是:进水pH值为5,停留时间为30 m in,电流为6 A;出水采用吸附剂吸附,色度的总去除率可达99.9%以上。Fenton反应可有效去除色度和COD,当双氧水的加入量为5%时,总去除率分别为99.9%和47.6%。电絮凝可有效提高废水的可生化性,BOD5/COD值由0.26提高到0.47,提高了80.8%;该设计方案的基本运行处理费用为8.44元/t废水。The electric - flocculated reactor could be used for the pretreatment of cationic dye wastewater at dye plant. The flocculation efficiencies of the coagulating reagents, including polyaluminum chloride(PAC) , ferrous sulfide, polymeric ferric sul-fate, calcium hydroxide and sorbent, were compared each other when added to the outflow wastewater from electric - flocculate. The efficiency by adding Fenton's reagent was also studied. The results showed that, the optimal conditions were the solution pH 5, retention time 30 min, curwrent 6 A; the color removal rate by absorbent was above 99.9% . The color and COD can be removed effectively by the Fenton's reaction when the quantity of H2O2 reached 5% , their total removal rates were respectively 99.9% and 47.6% . The biodegradability of wastewater was improved obviously after the Fenton's reaction. The BOD5/COD value was increased from 0.26 to 0.47, about 80.8% higher; the basic operation cost of this design technology was 8.44 Yuan per ton wastewater.
