区域环评中关于化工电子行业特征污染物的排放

摘　　要：区域环评是项目审批过程中最重要的环节之一。近年来,开发区的环评要求逐年提高,而开发区工业企业的不确定性给环评造成了很大的难度,尤其给污染物的估算带来较大误差。针对这种情况,以两个省级开发区为例,介绍了化工、电子行业的特征因子排放情况,为区域环评中进行类似行业的污染源估算提供类比依据,同时也为环保审批提供审批依据。Regional EIA is the most important link in process of examination and approval of projects EIA requirements in developmental zones increase year by year, and uncertainty of industrial enterprises in development zones causes a lot of difficulties to the EIA, especially to estimation of pollutants. In light of this situation, the two provincial - level development zones as examples in this paper, the characteristic pollutant discharge factor of the chemical industry and electronic industry for regional EIA similar to in-dustry sources estimation provide analogical basis, at the same time provide for based on environmental approval.
