摘　　要：采用中薄板坯连铸连轧生产线研制开发经济型X65级管线钢热轧卷板,其特点是在成分设计上采用低C高Nb经济型设计,在工艺上采用纯净钢冶炼,动态轻压下连铸技术和高温轧制工艺(HTP)技术。产品的显微组织均匀,晶粒细小,具有良好的低温韧性和焊接性能,同时有效降低了生产成本,减小了轧机负荷,提高了生产效率。The research and development of economic-style X65 pipeline steel hot rolled strip by the thin and medium slab continuous casting and rolling production line,which had been designed as low content of C,high content Nb,by clean steel refining technology,dynamic soft reduction continuous casting technology and HTP technology.The hot rolled strip possessed itself of good low-temperature toughness、good welding performance、even microstructure and fine grains,and also can decrease cost,reduce load of rolling mill as well as improve production efficiency.
