摘 要:对某锌铁多金属矿石进行了系统的工艺参数优化试验研究。分选指标表明.新型捕收剂ZC对闪锌矿具有较好的选择性和很强的捕收能力。在优化操作条件下.采用浮选—磁选工艺流程,闭路试验获得了较好的锌铁分选指标:锌精矿品位和回收率分别为59.19%和98.06%;银和铟富集于锌精矿中,品位分别为339g/t和122g/t.回收率分别为96.28%和71.32%;铁精矿品位和回收率分别为65.30%和66.62%。The systematic test research of optimized parameters for processing certain Zn-Fe polymetallic ores has been done in this paper. The separation indices show that, the collector ZC newly developed has better selectivity and stronger ability for collecting sphalerite. Adopting flotation-magnetic flowsheet in the conditions of optimized processing parameters, the best separation indices of Zn and Fe have been obtained in closed circuit tests. The grade and recovery of the Zn-concentrate are 59.19% and 98.06% respectively. Both of Ag and In are enriched in Zn-concentrate, their grades are 339g/t and 122g/t respectively, and their recoveries are 96.28% and 71.32% respectively. The grade and recovery of the Fe-concentrate are 65.30% and 66.62% respectively.
