摘　　要：以机场信息系统为背景,本文主要介绍的是综合性资源分配系统数据库(RASDB)的设计与实现过程,以及该系统的安全策略。该系统数据库是采用了成熟又兼具理论和应用前景的ORACLE数据库技术,它不仅实现了对机位分配系统,值机柜台分配系统,行李转盘分配系统的整合,还具备中心数据库的特性,能替代中心数据库运行。本文的工作为将来民航信息系统整和做出了很好的尝试。On the basis of airport information system, this paper mainly elaborates the design and implementatior of Resource Allocation System Database, and it also introduce the system security strategy. This system database adopts mature and promising ORACLE database techniques. It not only realized the conformity oi Gate ＆ Bay Allocation System ,Check--in Countei Allocation System and Belt ＆. Carousel Allocation System, but also offer the same benefits as AODB ,it can run instead of the AODB. All of our work put forward a good attempt for the conformity oi civil aviaton information system.
