摘　　要：石油钻机是石油开采的关健设备之一,而转盘作为钻机的地面旋转钻进设备的重要组成部分,其工作性能指标测试具有十分重要的意义,引入AT89C52微处理器模块结构,实现石油钻机转盘的转矩和转速的测试工作。以测控仪的硬件和软件两条主线进行设计和开发工作,设计开发出先进而实用的高性能、高可靠性的新型石油钻机转盘测控仪,能显著地提升工作效率和测试的精度。The oil drilling machine is a very important equipment in recover petroleum, and the rotary table is an important forming equipment in the drilling machine ground rotating drilling. Therefore, the rotary table running performance testing is an important work. Importing AT89C52 microprocessor module configuration, implement the moment of force and the rotation testing in the rotary table of the oil drilling machine. By the hardware and the software two master lines carried on the design and the development work in the testing and controlling instrument, design and development the new testing and controlling instrument in oil drilling machine rotary table of advance practicality , high performance and high reliability ;the developed testing and controlling instrument markedly improves the work efficiency and the testing accuracy.
