摘  要:稀土永磁发电机具有结构简单、效率高优点,但是永磁体的工作点随着负载变化而变化,而且产生的气隙磁场是方波形,因此电压的调整率和波形畸变率都比较大。本文介绍采用SP-WM脉宽调制方式,通过交-直-交变换,把稀土永磁发电机三相中频电压变换成单相工频电压的设计,实测样机性能说明本系统具有效率高、电压的畸变率和调整率小的特点。Rare earth permanent magnet generator has such advantages as simple structure,high efficiency, but the working point of the permanent magnet would change with variation of the load, the air gap magnet field would be square waveform, therefore, the voltage adjusting rate and waveform distortion rate of the generator would be comparatively large. This paper introduces SPWM pulse width modulation mode, realizing AC-DC-AC transition, design of change three phase medium frequency voltage of rare earth permanent magnet generator to single phase working frequency voltage, with the real measured sample performance, explains that this system has such characteristics as small voltage waveform distortion rate, small voltage adjusting rate, high efficiency.
