摘　　要：制备了不同条件下的高结晶度石墨薄膜，并用原子力显微镜（ＡＦＭ）系统地研究了其表面结构，获得了原子级分辨率的图像，探讨了温度对薄膜石墨化程度的影响，及温度、拉伸比对其微观结构的影响。Abstract The surface topography of the graphite films prepared under different high temperature and elongation have been investigated by AFM.The large scale surface features and atomic resolution images are obtained.The influences of temperature and elongation on the surface structure are also discussed.
