摘　　要：极板固化(以下简称固化)是极板生产过程中的非常关键的一道工序,固化质量的好坏直接影响到极板的容量、寿命等多项指标。本文在阐述固化理论的同时结合实际情况给出了实际固化参数的设定原则,并阐述了多种固化温、湿度控制方式及其优缺点。Plate curing is a key process during the plate production. The curing quality directly influences many performance indexes, such as capacity and life of plate. This article gives the set rules of curing parameters according to the actual conditions while the curing theories are explained, and explains many methods to control curing humidity and temperature, as well as their advantages and defects.
