雅施达治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察雅施达（培哚普利）治疗充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床疗效。方法118例经常规洋地黄、利尿剂、血管扩张药等治疗效果欠佳的CHF患者,给予口服雅施达2-4 mg/d,治疗4-6周。观察治疗前后心率、心胸比、血压、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数以及心功能变化。结果治疗后心率、心胸比、血压以及左室舒张末期内径与治疗前比较均明显下降（P〈0.05）,左室射血分数增加（P〈0.05）,心功能改善1-2级。药物副作用少,患者耐受性好。结论雅施达治疗CHF疗效好,副作用少,是比较理想的治疗药物。Objective： To investigate the clinical study of Acertil （Perindopril） in treating congestive heart failure. Methods ： 118 patients, who had unsatisfactory results under conventional Digitoras, Diuretics, Vasodilators therapy, were given Acertil 2 -4 mg orally once a day for 4 - 6 weeks. The changes of heart rate （ HR）, blood pressure （ BP）, cardiothoracic ratio, left ventrieular and diastolic diameter （LVDd）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and cardiac function （NYHA） were observed. Results ： After 4 - 6 weeks by the therapy, HR BP eardiothoracic ratio and LVDd all decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; LVEF increased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Cardiac function （ NYHA ） improved by 1 - 2 grade. Acertil had few adverse effects and patients tolerance was perfect. Conclusion： The effect of Aeertil in treating congestive heart failure is satisfactory. Acertil has little adverse effect and is effective for congesitive heart failure.
