内科胸腔镜术辅助治疗结核性脓胸26例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨内科胸腔镜辅助治疗结核性脓胸的临床价值。方法26例结核性脓胸患者,在正规抗结核等综合治疗的基础上,在局麻下行内科胸腔镜术,清理粘连带,剥脱纤维膜,抽尽残余积液,消灭脓腔,促进肺复张。结果经过治疗,临床症状减轻,肺功能明显改善,无严重并发症。显效18例(18/26),有效8例(8/26),有效率100%。结论内科胸腔镜辅助治疗结核性脓胸安全、有效、经济、微创。Objective： To investigate the clinical significance of the treatment via medical thoracoscopy in tuberculous empyema. Methods ： The anti- tuberculous therpy combined with the rigid medical thoracoscopy was adopted in twenty - six cases of patients with tuberculous empyema to clear the pleural adhesions, take off the fibrin film, take out the the residual pus, and eliminate the cavities full of pus and rehabilitate the lung. Results ： By the therapy, the cilinical symptoms were relieved. The cavities were eliminated or lessened. The pulmonary function was improved. No severe complications occurred. The method were obviously effective in eighteen cases, and effective in eight cases. Conclusion： The application of medical thoracoscopy has mild injury, few complications and low cost in the treatment of tuberculous empyema, which is safe, effective, economical and mild in injury.
