中药对肾小球硬化模型TGF-β1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察活血化瘀等中药治疗慢性肾小球硬化的机理。方法将实验动物随机分组,制备阿霉素肾小球硬化动物模型,应用免疫组化检测各组动物的TGF-β1的表达水平并观察血BUN、CR的水平。结果金匮肾气汤等均能显著减少TGF-β1在肾小管间质的表达(P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气汤等可能是通过减少TGF-β1表达而延缓肾小球硬化。Objective： To explore the mechanism of traditional chinese herbs in treating glomerulosclerosis. Methods： 120 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into groups at rawdom and the model of Adriamycin-induced nephropathy and glomerulosclerosis was established to investigate the expi＇ession of transformy growth factor-β1 （ TGF-β4 ） protein. Results ： Jinkuishenqitang soup reduced the expresstion of TGF-β1 in rats（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Jinkuishenqitang soup and other traditional Chinese herbal medicine can reduce the expresstion of TGF-β1 and hinder the development of glomerulosclersis.
