论我国社会主义市场经济条件下失业成因及对策

摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,我国就业形势日趋严峻,失业问题十分突出。在社会主义市场经济条件下,一定量的失业是社会发展所必然的。我国经济和社会发展正处于转型时期.劳动力人口过剩、体制改革、经济结构调整、农村剩余劳动力转移等多方面原因,导致我国失业人口膨胀.失业问题严重。因此,必须从我国国情出发、多角度着眼.探索解决我国社会主义市场经济条件下失业问题的有效对策。Since 1990s, the unemployment question has been very prominent with the increasing stem employment situation in China. Under the condition of socialist market economy, the proper unemployment is the need of social development, but the massive unemployed people＇s existence, has the enormous harm to individual, the society, the country. In the transformation period of economic and social development, various reasons lead to the serious unemployment question, such as the overpopulation of labor force, the system reform, the economic structure adjustment, the transfer of rural surplus labor and so on. Therefore, the effective countermeasures solving the unemployment question must embark from the national situation.
