摘　　要：针对汽车动力(发动机与变速箱)件号变更、成本变化大、供货数量复杂等因素,建立成本统计模型,通过实施电子采购系统实现采购成本管理的电子化,提高工作效率与准确性。There are frequent part number change, big procurement cost change and complex supply volume in powertrain （engine and transmission） manufacturing. In order to promote procurement efficiency and accuracy, a simple and effective cost statistic model is established for calculating procurement cost and performing cost management with E-procurement system.
