摘　　要：产业集群是一种有利于创新和塑造竞争优势的制度安排,创新是产业集群的重要特征,因为地理上的接近使集群内部的企业能够更方便地交流,难以编码化和以经验技能形式存在的隐含知识能被更方便地学习。因此,产业集群的创新模式成为提高区域创新能力、促进区域经济发展的重要手段。Industrial cluster is an institutional arrangement which is conducive to innovation and competitive advantages. Innovation is an important characteristic of industrial cluster,because that geographical proximity makes the communication among internal enterprises more convenient and the learning of implicit knowledge easier. Therefore, the innovation mode of industrial cluster becomes an important mean to improve regional innovation ability and promote regional economic development.
