摘　　要：知识经济时代,企业的核心竞争力正从有形资产逐渐转向那些无形的知识形态;企业的运营和管理也更多地依靠对信息和知识的共享与协作。本文主要探讨了如何将知识网格应用到企业的知识管理中去,设计并部署了一种基于企业运营的知识网格模型,以期在对大型企业信息化管理的制度和手段上有所突破。In the time of knowledge economy, the knowledge states play a more important role than tangible asset in enterprise＇s core competence, and the management of enterprise more depend on cooperation and share of knowledge. This paper discusses a kind of the framework of the enterprise knowledge management which is based on knowledge grid, and deploys this framework in grid environment.
