摘　　要：大学形势与政策教育是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容和途径,"以人为本"体现在大学形势与政策教育中,就是突出"以学生为本"这一核心。学生的全面、健康发展既是我们进行形势与政策教育的出发点,也是落脚点。The education of situation and policies in universities is the major content and way of political education for university students. The ＂people-oriented＂ education in terms of the situation and policies for higher education should have a core focus on ＂student-oriented education＂. A comprehensive and sound development of our students is both the first and last aims of our implementation of the education of situation and policies for university students.
