摘  要:通过室内发芽培养试验与土培试验,研究了DTA-6(己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯)浸种对水稻种子发芽、幼苗生长及酶活性的影响。结果表明,DTA-6浸种可不同程度地提高水稻种子的发芽(出苗)率、发芽(出苗)指数和幼苗鲜重,调节根冠比,促进根系生长,并增加冷害水稻幼苗的SOD、CAT酶活性,降低MDA含量,从而提高水稻幼苗的抗冷性;在浸种24h的设定下,10~20mg·L-1浓度为最佳处理水平区间。Through indoor and soil culture experiment,the effect of DTA-6 (diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate)on the soaked rice seed germination, seedling growth and enzyme activity was studied. The results showed that seed soaked with DA-6 could improve rice germination (emergence)rate,germination (emergence)GI and seedling fresh weight, adjust root-shoot ratio, advance root growth, and increase SOD,CAT activity of cold injury rice seedlings, lower their MDA content. Moreover, DTA-6 could enhance chilling tolerance of rice seeding, under the enactment of 24 hours seed soaking, the concentration of 10-20mg·L^-1 is the best treatment level.
