摘 要:以孙村煤矿埋深1300m的东大巷应用为例,系统分析了深部岩巷锚喷二次支护技术.结合深部岩巷的实测数据,采用FLAC^2D数值分析软件,从顶底板和两帮收敛变形、塑性区、围岩最大主应力、锚杆内力等方面比较了二次支护技术优于传统的一次锚喷支护技术,表明二次锚喷支护技术能有效地解决深部高地应力巷道围岩难支护的技术问题,使不同位置锚杆的荷载和围岩应力场均匀化,实现了支护结构与围岩的动态耦合.通过比较第2次锚杆支护不同实施时间的顶底板和两帮收敛变形,得出了与实测结果相吻合的东大巷二次支护第2次锚喷最佳时间为30~40d.Technique of secondary bolt/shotcreting support for deep rock roadway, with the East Main Roadway deep to 1 300 m in Suncun Coal Mine as an example, was analyzed. Using the numerical analysis software FLAC^2D, we discussed and compared the two different support techniques from some reactions such as displacement, plastic zone, principal stress and internal force of bolt. Numerical modeling results and actual measurement data show that the secondary bolt/shotcreting support technique is more efficient than the support by only one bolt/shotcreting in deep rock roadway. The research results indicate that the secondary bolt/shotcreting support technique can solve the key technical support problems in the deep surrounding rock with high ground stress. By homogenization of load at different bolts positions and homogenization of surrounding rock stress field, the dynamic coupling between support structure and surrounding rock is realized. The second bolt/shotereting support was applied in different periods and surrounding rock displacements occurred in these different periods were compared, showing that the optimum time length is 30-40 d, which is in accordance with the observed results.
