摘 要:目的为了得到参数对应的K型、KK型部分搭接方管节点承载力对应关系,建立合理的KK型搭接方管节点承载力计算方法.方法采用ANSYS程序进行了93对K型、KK型部分搭接方管节点的弹塑性大挠度有限元分析.分析了管节点的塑性区扩展过程和破坏模式,比较了两种加载模式下节点的性能.研究了KK型节点和K型节点极限承载力之比(即空间作用系数)随节点几何参数的变化规律.结果通过多元线性回归,得到了体现主要几何参数影响的节点空间作用系数公式.将回归公式与有限元计算结果进行了对比分析,验证了公式有较好的精度.结论可以通过将K型部分搭接方管节点的极限承载力乘以空间作用系数得到参数对应的KK型节点的极限承载力.In order to obtain the relationship of the load-carrying capacity between partially overlapped SHS (square hollow section) K-joints and their corresponding KK-joints, and establish the reasonable method to calculate the capacity of overlapped SHS KK-joints finite element analyses of 93 pairs of partially overlapped SHS K-joints and KK-joints were conducted using ANSYS software involving large deformation elastic-plastic range. The plastic developing process and failure mode of the joint were studied, and the static behavior of the joint under two loading ways was compared. The laws of the ultimate capacity ratio of K-joints and KK- joints (namely multiplanar coefficient) varying with the main geometrical parameters were obtained. Multiplanar coefficient equation of partially overlapped SHS K-joints and KK-joints relating directly to the geometric parameters was developed from the multiple regression analysis. The equation was found to provide ultimate capacity ratio predictions to a high degree of accuracy by comparing its results with the results of finite element analysis in this paper. So, the strength of KK-joint can be obtained from the strength of K- joint with corresponding parameters by multiplying the multiplanar coefficient.
